By Bree Duwyn Writer Six Nations may be seeing a new sport make its way into the community unlike any other, disc golf. Disc golf follows the rules of traditional golf, aiming to get the disc into receptacles that hold a chain basket in as few attempts as possible. Designated for nine to 18 hole courses, the sport can provide up to over an hour of fun outdoor exercise and enjoyment. Bonnie Whitlow, Six Nations community member, along with members of the Professional Disc Golf Association of Ontario, Chris Ozolins and Craig Snow, proposed an idea to the Human Services Committee to construct a course at Six Nations.
