Improved play has Junior A lacrosse squad chasing playoff spot

And now members of the Six Nations Junior A Lacrosse club are hoping that they will be able to enjoy more than their share of success in the second half of their regular season. The local squad registered a convincing 15-5 Ontario Junior Lacrosse League (OJLL) victory over the visiting Brampton Excelsiors on Monday night. The match was staged at the Iroquois Lacrosse Arena (ILA) in Hagersville. With the win the Six Nations side improved its record to 3-9. The local squad is currently occupying ninth place in the standings of its 11-team league.
