Six Nations members among those to lead Haudenosaunee men’s field lacrosse team

By Sam Laskaris Writer Darcy Powless and Vince Longboat have once again received plum assignments for an international lacrosse tournament. But this time around the two Six Nations members will be working together next year at the same event. It was announced this past week that Powless had been named as the general manager for the Haudenosaunee Nationals squad that will compete at the 2023 world men’s field lacrosse championships in San Diego, California. Longboat has been named as an assistant coach for the Haudenosaunee club, which is also expected to include some Six Nations players.
