The local squad selected four players in the Major Series Lacrosse (MSL) Entry Draft, which was held this past Saturday. The five-round draft, which saw a total of 30 players chosen, was held at the Toronto Rock Athletic Centre in Oakville. The facility is home to the MSL’s Oakville Rock, which has chosen to sit out a second consecutive season in 2023. It is believed the Rock brass opted to not have an MSL squad once again this year so it could concentrate on its Senior B franchise, also named the Oakville Rock.
