Six Nations Social Service building to be expanded

The ball is rolling on an expansion to facilities on Six Nations. The nearly completed drawings for an expansion to the Six Nations Social Services building on Sunrise Court were approved for tender review and construction at the Six Nations Elected Council (SNEC) General Finance meeting on March 6. KL Martin and Associates Corp. was awarded the contract for $622,600 from a combination of the 2017-18 Federal Immediate Relief funding (FIRF) and Indigenous Early Learning and Child Care (IECC) funds and Capital funds from CHRT Tribunal to complete the Contract Administration and Tender/Construction.
