Provincial Court coming to Six Nations to decide land right’s intervenors status, land rights document available online

An Ontario Provincial Court will be held at Six Nations in May to decide the fate of three potential intervors in Six Nations’ billion dollar land rights case. The Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Haudenosaunee Development Institute (HDI) and a group known locally as the “Men’s Fire” are seeking to intervene in the land rights case. The proceedings for the applications to intervene will be heard at the Gathering Place by the Grand from May 8 to 11.
