Rivermen begin 2023 campaign at home this Saturday

By Sam Laskaris Writer The new-look Six Nations Rivermen will commence their 2023 Ontario Series Lacrosse (OSL) regular season this weekend. The local Senior B squad will square off against the Clearview Crushers in a Saturday match, which is being held at the  SIx Nations Sports and Culture Centre  arena in Ohsweken beginning at 7 p.m. This marks the 10th year of operations for the Rivermen, who won the OSL title this past summer and also placed third at the Presidents Cup, the national Senior B tournament, staged in Edmonton. Despite winning its league championship and its third-place finish at the Canadian tourney, the Six Nations franchise had some major changes during the off-season.
