At one point Six Nations Elected council members pushed for Six Nations people to be hired. Now over 200 of the over 900-member workforce are not from Six Nations. And let’s face it, if they are not First Nation people, the clash of culture is rearing its ugly head. Culture clashes can create toxic workplaces.
