At one point Six Nations Elected council members pushed for Six Nations people to be hired. Now over 200 of the over 900-member workforce are not from Six Nations. And let&#x2019;s face it, if they are not First Nation people, the clash of culture is rearing its ugly head. Culture clashes can create toxic workplaces.</description></oembed>
