Six Nations police officers responded to reports of gunshots heard on Indian Line Road on August 5 at approximately 5:45 pm. Officers heard more gunshots when they arrived. They followed the noise and observed a man holding a firearm before he discarded it in a nearby house. Officers spotted a second man in the house with the gun.
