Crack cocaine \u2014 an impure form of cocaine that is smoked instead of snorted \u2014 and the highly addictive stimulant crystal methamphetamine have made their way into Nunavik from southern Quebec, the Nunavik Regional Board of Health and Social Services said in a news release Monday. Crack cocaine was almost absent in the region more than two years ago but it can now be found in all communities.
