According to court filings obtained by Canada’s National Observer, the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) calls Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation\u2019s claims \u201coverly vague and general,\u201d contending that it wrongly targets the regulator instead of the site\u2019s operator, Imperial Oil, while also challenging the province\u2019s oilsands oversight system.
