An announcement by MNBC on Tuesday, June 23rd, said \u201can important by-election\u201d will be held between Saturday, August 8th, and Saturday, August 22nd, with membership allowed to vote either online or via mail. Candidacy nominations opened on June 23rd, with the last day to submit names for the ballot on Monday, July 13th.
