In a short video message posted this week on social media, OPP Staff Sgt. Kyle Arnold says police are \u201cactively investigating\u201d recent break-ins and thefts in Armstrong and Whitesand \u201cand continue to do active patrols.\u201d \u201cSo I want to remind everyone not to return to the restricted areas,\u201d Sgt.
