Lacey Stevens, Community and communications officer said the urban centre has just been designated as a \u2018Trusted Source\u2019 by Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) to aid Indigenous people in the city register for band membership. \u201cWe had this flashback last week,\u201d she told Turtle Island News. \u201cWe are not issuing status cards.
