The family that owns the property at 610 Pineview Road had applied to exclude a portion of their property from the ALR to move forward with construction of a 10-parcel housing project. The application was introduced to council two weeks ago on Aug. 4 and a public hearing was held Tuesday evening in council chambers. Staff had recommended forwarding the application to the Agricultural Land Commission (ALC) because the portion of the property under consideration for ALR exclusion is identified for residential… <\/p>\n
