For Hellen, Americans make up 85 per cent of his sales. “A 50 per cent tax is more than the average American consumer can pay or is willing to pay,” he said in a phone interview on Monday. Hellen’s company is one of the many small businesses grappling with new 50 per cent tariffs U.S. President Donald Trump imposed on billions of dollars’ worth of Canadian products over the weekend…. <\/p>\n
