Along Highway 400, near Wahta Mohawk Territory, three digital billboards display messages of hope and love for victims of human trafficking. These billboards were developed as part of a First Nations’ human trafficking campaign. The soon-to-be coalition is raising awareness of the issue in the local area. It started in February 2025, when discussions with local First Nations were held with B’saanibamaadsiwin, an Indigenous mental health program, to understand and support community priorities.
