Equipped with chainsaws and brush saws, volunteers Roy Howard, Taylor Bachrach, Al Birnie, Simon Zukowski, Oliver Berger, Rob Mercereau, Bryan Lepine, Ryan Hunt and Keegan Ouest worked from two previously established campsites until the crews connected their cleared sections. The work builds on maintenance completed earlier this summer, when volunteers cleared more than 20 additional kilometres from the trail\u2019s two ends. Participants were flown into the backcountry from the Milk River and Littlefield trailheads and returned on the sixth day. The volunteers came from Dunster, Quesnel, Williams Lake, Dome Creek, McBride, Prince George and Smithers.
