The Tsleil-Waututh Nation posted the announcement on their website last week, saying the chief has made the decision to step down due to health and wellness considerations. \u201cThis is one of the most difficult decisions I have ever made,\u201d George said in the Nation\u2019s announcement. \u201cServing as chief has been one of the greatest honours of my life.
