Kinew said Friday the province has issued a cease-and-desist letter to Bloodvein First Nation and provided it to the RCMP. The comments came after the Manitoba Wildlife Federation reported that licensed hunters were again being turned away at the checkstop on Provincial Road 304 during the current hunting season.
