It is an opportunity for Canadians to learn about the lasting negative impacts residential schools and colonialism have left on generations of First Nations, Inuit and M\u00e9tis. The news on Sunday of Second Sons Canada\u2019s appearance in Kamloops cannot be coincidental. At the site of the former Kamloops Indian Residential School, Tk\u0313eml\u00faps te Secw\u00e9pemc announced in May 2021 the discovery of 215 potential burial sites detected by ground-penetrating radar.
