Elder Taz Bouchier opened the rally with a land acknowledgement before tying the proposed 7.5-gigawatt Wonder Valley data centre near Grande Prairie\u2019s potential water usage to the oil industry\u2019s plans to release treated tailings fluids into the Athabasca watershed. \u201cWhen did people lose sight of how valuable water is to living?
