The event started with a new plaque unveiling at the Healing Canoe Garden, located in Belfountain. Chief Margaret Sault Chief of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation unveiled the new plaque. It contains detailed information about Treaty 19, ReconciliACTION and a map of the area, including Belfountain, Cataract, Brimstone, Forks of the Credit Provincial Park, Credit River, West Credit River and Dufferin Lake.
