SNEC\u2019s case is centering around Haudenosaunee culture, histories, stories and teachings. Six Nations of the Grand River (SNGR) has waited over 31 years since suing Canada and Ontario over sold land and mismanaged trust funds spanning more than 150-years. Six Nations community member, Dr. Darren Thomas\u2019s testimony laid out a history based on oral transmission. \u201cThe Haudenosaunee, we exist as a collective society, one of which is absolutely dependent on your relational connections and relational well being.
