The Ontario Superior Court of Justice, in a decision Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2026, dismissed the move saying it would \u201cadd complex constitutional questions and cause further delay,\u201d to a case already a decade before the courts. The Davey vs Hill suit was launched 10 years ago. The HDI is the development arm of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy Chiefs Council (HCCC).
