The Grand River Conservation Authority (GRCA) is warning the public to exercise extreme caution around all local waterways after the \u00a0weather system crossing the watershed\u00a0 brought above freezing temperatures and will bring approximately 15 to 20 mm of rain during the early hours of Friday, January 26, 2024.
