SNECC chair, Audrey Hill said the election code committee \u201cTerms of Reference\u201d show a \u201cbig change\u201d to the Election Code Committee\u2019s mandate giving unprecedented powers to dismiss or redirect complaints before they reach the Integrity Commission.
