Six Nations Elected Chief Sherri Lyn Hill says a large quantity of construction material and an animal carcass was dumped near the Oneida Business Park and she believes it came from off-reserve. \u201cWe don\u2019t know how long ago this dumping occurred, but we\u2019re confident the waste is coming from off-reserve as there are currently no large construction projects taking place that would produce this amount of waste,\u201d she said.
