Environment Minister Steven Guilbeault has been trying to cool the temperature after he was quoted as saying the federal government had &#8220;made the decision to stop investing in new road infrastructure.&#8221; Guilbeault reportedly made the remark in a public transit conference in Montreal on Monday.
