Six Nations Elected Council (SNEC) will be hosting the Chiefs of Ontario (COO) annual chief\u2019s assembly and with it this year the Regional Chief Elections. SNEC discussed the upcoming planning at its General Finance meeting on March 18. Councillor Dayle Bomberry introduced the item and asked for an update on the plans for the meeting that will run June 11, 12 and 13. CEO Nathan Wright explained that internal planning has started and will continue, but they are waiting for the COO to transfer $35,000 to help pay for events. \u201cIn terms of first payment, we are looking at collecting information as it relates to some of the side… <\/p>\n
