The first incident occurred on Sunday, June 9, 2024, at approximately 9:00 a.m., where the man approached a female on the trail and the second incident occurred on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at approximately 9:15 a.m. after the man approached another female. Details of the incidents and information related to the victims will not be provided. The accused was arrested Wednesday, June 12, 2024, and was held for a bail hearing.
