Policing During the plenary on First Nations Policing on July 10, the Indigenous Police Chiefs of Ontario (IPCO) described the two legal cases they filed against the federal government last year. IPCO went to court to force Canada to change the terms and conditions that prevented First Nations police services from having specialized units and also launched a human rights complaint for decades of underfunding.
