The Rivermen qualified for the Presidents Cup, the national Senior B tournament, on Sunday. The Six Nations squad downed the host Brooklin Merchants 8-7 in a match held at the Iroquois Park Sports Complex in Whitby. Rodd Squire scored the game-winning goal, a powerplay marker, with slightly more than two minutes remaining in the contest.
