Premier Wab Kinew and Families Minister Nahanni Fontaine said Wednesday the government is accepting proposals from service providers with expertise in waste management and technology that could be used to track the trucks’ loads. Serial killer Jeremy Skibicki was convicted of first-degree murder in the 2022 deaths of the four women in Winnipeg.
