Sioux Valley Chief Vince Tacan told the Sun the self-governing nation has put down a $1-million deposit for development at the corner of Highway 21 and the Trans-Canada. A building is set to be delivered to the site in early 2025, paving the way for growth near the Sioux Valley Petro gas station. \u201cBy the spring, we\u2019ll have the building in place,\u201d said Tacan. \u201cThe objective is to build that site.
