In opening remarks on the assembly\u2019s first day, Premier Smith said she had a \u201cvery meaningful and productive conversation\u201d with Woodhouse Nepinak on Oct. 15. \u201cWe are united in our commitment to establish First Nations policing as an essential service in First Nations communities,\u201d said Smith.
