Making it work, however, proved anything but simple. Seth and Peter Scriver say they began recording sessions for their documentary nine years ago, but things quickly descended into \u201cchaos,\u201d thanks to the lively energy of Peter\u2019s house in Shamattawa, a First Nations reserve in northern Manitoba. \u201cIt was impossible to find silence,\u201d recalls Peter on a virtual call from Toronto. \u201cThere\u2019s seven kids living in Pete\u2019s house and he\u2019s got 12 dogs,\u201d Seth laughs. \u201cWe literally got interrupted one million times.
