Tiivi Tullaugak says he wants to hold the government agency accountable for failing to arrive in his community on April 28, federal election day, to set up polling stations. \u201cI knew I had to do something, not just for our community but for Nunavik,\u201d he said. Tullaugak said he would have voted in the election \u2014 his first \u2014 if he\u2019d had the chance.
