Harold Calla is the recipient of the Award of Distinction for Lifetime Achievement, while (Himikala) Pam Baker\u2019s fashion company Touch of Culture won Business of the Year in the one-to-two-person enterprise category. Calla said he was stunned when he heard his name on this year\u2019s list. \u201cI got a phone call, actually.
