Presented by Ganohkwasra Family Assault Support Services and the Six Nations Police, the sixth-annual Traditional Games Day introduced participants to Haudenosaunee games and related teachings they would traditionally receive in the longhouse. Seventeen youth aged 14 to 18, along with two youth mentors, came together to play lacrosse, peach pit, bone and toggle and tug of war, as well as show off their archery skills. Participants were treated to a free catered lunch and had a chance to win giveaway prizes, including a recurve bow and arrow.
