Since declaring itself a \u201cRegional District of Reconciliation\u201d in 2016, the SLRD Board has endorsed several Calls to Action from the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and committed to aligning its work with the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP).
