Six Nations continues to fight for safe drinking water for the community and their lawsuit is moving deeper into the courts. Molly Churchill, from JFK Law, updated Six Nations Elected Council (SNEC) on the nation’s drinking water case before the Superior Court of Justice at the General Council meeting on April 28. “The purpose of this update is to provide an update on Six Nations of the Grand River’s drinking water litigation,” Churchill said.
