Ganohkwasra Murdered and Missing Indigenous People PSA to take flight By Alex Murray Writer Ganohkwasra Family Assault Services Murdered and Missing Indigenous Women and Girls (MMIWG) message is taking flight. Ganohkwasra has produced a public service announcement titled “This is our Truth” that is being aired on Porter Airline flights for two months. The unveiling at the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum in Mount Hope, Ont., last Thursday (April 30) brought community members and families of Murdered and Missing Indigenous People together to watch the new PSA, along with Ganohkwasra staff. The 30-second PSA will air on outgoing flights at Hamilton International Airport from May 1 to June 30, 2026.
