In a short video message posted this week on social media, OPP Staff Sgt. Kyle Arnold says police are “actively investigating” recent break-ins and thefts in Armstrong and Whitesand “and continue to do active patrols.” “So I want to remind everyone not to return to the restricted areas,” Sgt.
