By Alex Murray Writer Growing up in a two-bedroom trailer at Six Nations packed with seven family members, Canadian Screen Award-nominated makeup artist Mikey Elliott’s upbringing was tough—but he never wanted for creativity. Elliott, who is Mohawk Nation, Turtle Clan, said because he “grew up with not a lot,” he and his brothers had to rely on their imaginations to entertain themselves. “We would play pretend a lot, me and my brothers.
