Upgrades to septic service equipment, ongoing work on the community’s waste bylaw and a series of road repairs were among the issues at the Built Environment, Climate Adaptation, Lands and Membership Committee. Councill Dayle Bomberry, chair of the committee presented an update from the Aug. 13 meeting to Six Nations Elected Council (SNEC) at its General COuncil meeting on August 25. One of the items moving forward to Council is a proposal to purchase a new septic truck to help address the community’s needs and replace aging equipment.
