The lawyer and activist says the National Day of Truth and Reconciliation on Sept. 30 brings to mind the pace of progress in her birthplace of Greenland and her home in Nunavut. “When you look at the recommendations by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, very few of them have been implemented.
