DELTA B.C.-Police in Delta, B.C., say two of the four pedestrians have been struck by a vehicle in what appears to have been a medical incident have died. They say it happened on Tsawwassen First Nation land, where the incident has prompted the nation to end its event marking the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
