By Marc Lalonde, Local Journalism Initiative Reporter Newly elected Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Grand Chief Cody Diabo lauded his council’s presence at last week’s Assembly of First Nations (AFN) Annual General Assembly in downtown Montreal. “We definitely made our presence felt,” Diabo said. “We got a lot of good feedback from some of the community members who were there in other capacities.
