Cold Lake charts social roadmap, council accepts needs assessment

The assessment, completed in October 2025 in partnership with Moorhouse & Associates Consulting Inc. and Objective Research and Evaluation Inc., offers a data-driven snapshot of the community’s strengths and emerging social pressures.
